”At least 50% of the exhibitor fee must accompany the application if the contract with payment is received on or before September 1, 2019. The balance must be paid in full on or before October 1, 2019. Contracts received on or after August 1, 2019, will require full payment with application. No exhibitor may assign, sublet the whole or any part of the space allotted, nor exhibit therein any goods other than those manufactured or handled by the exhibitor in the regular course of business.

By submiting this application form, you indicate that you are authorized to enter into legally binding contracts for the sponsoring company and that you are authorized to reserve sponsorship space at the Tennessee College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (TCOEM) Annual Meeting. This application is made with the understanding that the applicant company agrees to abide by all rules, requirements, restrictions, and regulations as set forth by TCOEM Management, the hotel, or the city of Nashville. Failure to abide by such rules and regulations results in forfeiture of all monies paid or due by Management under terms of this agreement. Applications for exhibit space are subject to review by the TCOEM Board to determine suitability for the conference and to ensure conformity with conference standards. 

 

Annual Scientific Meeting

This seminar will provide current information on occupational medicine and networking opportunities needed to keep current in occupational medicine. Our organization has consistently met the high-quality educational demands of occupational health professionals.

 

Seminar Audience

This seminar is intended for occupational medicine physicians, physician assistants (PA’s), nurse practitioners (NP’s) and occupational health nurses.

TCOEM is one of the largest components of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, with 100+ members and growing. Our seminars traditionally attract 75+ registrants. 90% of our attendees are decision-making physicians, and 10% are PA’s, NP’s and occupational health nurses.

 

Exhibits are Saturday only

Exhibitors will be provided a 4’x4′ table (covered and skirted). A 110 volt outlet will be available. TCOEM reserves the right to assign some or all the table locations.

All Exhibitors and sponsors will receive an electronic spreadsheet listing of attendees. You will receive the complete listing after the seminar (in accordance with our seminar privacy policy). Giveaways and drawings are permitted.

The Program Chairman will also acknowledge the generosity of the exhibitors and donors from the podium at the beginning of the seminar, on our website and in our PowerPoint presentations throughout the seminar.

Sponsorship is available to Exhibitors or Individuals.

Your assistance and support help enable us to continue to offer our high quality TCOEM seminars. Your company’s (or individual’s) support will be noted at the seminar and on signboards displayed during all meetings and reception activities.

Visibility

A blast email announcing the seminars and a link to the TCOEM website for registration will be sent to approximately 4,000 occupational physicians (including the entire ACOEM membership in the US), PA’s, NP’s, nurses and other allied health professionals.

The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility for losses, damage, and claims arising out of injury or damages to displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the hotel premises, and shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, affiliated companies, agents, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.

Cancellation Policy:

If space is canceled by an exhibitor on or before September 1, 2019, a refund will be made for 50% of the total cost of the exhibit space reserved. There will be no refunds for canceling on or after October 1, 2019.
